Wardzala Industries, Inc., a family-owned and operated business, has been offering CNC controlled wire forming capabilities for 31 years. Our range of fabrication processes, including fourslide, multislide, press brake forming, mesh welding, bending, cutting, grinding, and threading, supports the production of wires for various applications.

Whether for display, automotive, electronic, or household applications, our coin, chamfer, cutting, swage, and flattened machining capabilities allow us to form wire products into springs, shapes, lamp and fan guards, and screen doors out of a variety of metals and in a number of sizes. Our processes and machining capabilities can form wires from .062″ – .500″ in diameter, up to .437″ in thickness, with a wire grid width of up to 48″. Utilizing our fourslide fabrication process, we can form wires in widths from .100 – 3″, thicknesses from .005 – .188″, and diameters from .040 – .375″.
