A client in the food industry commissioned Wardzala Industries, Inc. to make a wire formed steel POP shelf with radius. Working closely with the client on their exact needs, we performed CNC wire forming. Following that, we applied spot welding, then assembled the POP shelf.
The product was made of 3 gauge steel wire. We applied white powder coating. It measured 15 inches wide and 4 inches high. The radius was 7 1/2 inches. We worked within tolerances of ±.005 inches. We delivered 1,000 pieces of the finished POP shelf to the client in Illinois, who was extremely satisfied with it.
