A customer in the food industry came to Wardzala Industries, Inc. in need of a CNC wire formed POP stand assembly. We worked closely with the client on all aspects of production. We performed the CNC wire using our advanced machinery. Next, we applied butt welding, bending, braking, spot welding, and stamping. Finally, we assembled the product and applied wire mesh welding.
We worked within tolerances of ±1/16 inch on the assembly and ±.005 inches on the wire mesh. The finished product, made of steel wire and steel square tube, measured 15 inches wide, 53 inches high, and 9 inches deep. We used 7 and 9 gauge wire, and applied white powder coating.
