A client in the hospitality industry approached Wardzala Industries, Inc. in need of a wire formed chrome plated folding rack. They provided a drawing of their desired design, and we worked closely with them on production. We performed CNC wire forming, then wire grid welding and assembly of the rack.
The product was made of 3 gauge steel wire. We finished it with chrome plates. We worked within tolerances of ±.005 of an inch. The folding rack measured 14 inches long, 15 inches wide, and 14 1/2 inches high.
